Way too high, so about right for a dealer :-)
I just bought a '95 A6QW, and since I knew it would need a
timing belt soon, I called Chris at Autobahn Motors (in Bow)
to ask how much it would cost. He quoted about $300 (which may
or may not havbe included a water pump, but that's not $500).
