I have used 360.748.7920 (AVS) for the V8 parts.  He is resonable in cost
and REALLY knows the cars.

As for the manuals, I believe the best way to get it is no MicroFiche. 
Manuals are really hard to come by and expensive.  I know I and others
listers have seen Fiche readers for aobut $100.
