In my days at Texas A&M, they had a Western Auto which (then)
sold Falkens and other brands. The Falkens were used by the
locals as cheap street/auto-x tires, so I tried a set. I would put
them above no-name cheapies, but below any Dunlops I've ever
driven. They didn't last long and had considerable problems with
following road seams near the end of their service life. You can do
better with any tire Dunlop makes, including the D60A2, which is a
better tire and more widely available if you have a flat or tire
 damage on the road.

Flakins have become Alot nice since there first series. i have driven on many
tires From Dunlop, to Bridgestone, Potenza Re71 and Yoko A520 are what im
currently tring to wear out.
the re71 which is a Great tire to bad its being changed again to another
series. I have driven on the Newer Falkins z Rated of course and they seemed
to have worked Very well. they did get a little slippery after about 30 mins
of hard driving but so do my BFG R1 and they are a RACE tire. otherwise i
would say falkins are worth the money id put them up with the best of them.
