which oil?

	again, '83 ur-q, you've all heard since i post all
	the time.  hope i'm not too annoying.  anyway.

	the po of my car (112k miles) has been using castrol
	syntec blend 5w-30 part synthetic motor oil.  i can
	extol virtues and pitfallsof various 2-cycle oils but 
	don't know diddly about car oils.  what's the scoop
	on this stuff, should i be using something else, and
	is there a process i need to follow (besides an oil
	change) when i make the switch?
