These are the US Audi models that came with Ronal R8s stock AFAIK:

80-83 Audi 5000,S Turbo (15x6 5x112)
82-85 Audi Quattro coupe (15x6 5x112, later cars have 15x8 optional)
84 4000S quattro (14x6 4x108)
84 4000S "Limited Edition" (14x6 4x100)
85-87 Audi 4000S (14x6 4x100, 14x6 4x108)
85-87 Audi 4000S,CS quattro (14x6 4x108)
84-87 Audi Coupe GT (14x6 4x100, 14x6 4x108)

The only FWD 4Ks to come with these wheels in 84 were the "limited edition"
model which also came standard with rear spoiler, sport seats, sunroof,
5000-style 4-spoke steering wheel, sapphire metallic paint etc.
