When I rebuilt my calipers a couple of years back, my supplier gave me the
choice of two repair kits - 'early' calipers and 'later' calipers - but
couldn't identify which would fit my car. I took both on the understanding
that I could return the kit that didn't fit. The main seals in the kits were
slightly different sizes, I used the 'early' kit because the seals in the
'later' kit were too big.
