Get a new hose, repairs don't hold too well at 15PSI and temp. of over 200,
you can get an aftermarket hose, Gates make one which is as good (or better)
than the Audi one.

Hi All:

My upper radiator hose is wicking coolant along the fibers and I don't
like it.  I presume the source of this wicking is the graft that goes
to the after-run pump.

Any homebrewed alternatives out there?  I hate smelling the coolant
after a long run, throwing the hood open only to find it is just the
damn hose.
