Back when we had photo-radar in Ontario there was an effort to make
polorizing covers illegal.  In fact, there is a law against 'obstructing'
your licence plate...I believe they were making charges on this one.  Make
sure you check the law in your area on that.

Personally, I just kept my bike rack in my bike, with two bikes. I loved
that trunk rack!  Wind resistance made speeding in the '84 rabbit
difficult, but not impossible!

-88 Honda...parted out on Canadian Thanksgiving, as my buddy rolled it
5&1/2 times...with me in the passanger seat.  (Kayak on roof..fine...two
bikes on back...fine...car...done like dinner)
