Not necessarily, Steve.  The curve may have been marked with one of those
idiotic 25 mph curve markers.  Marking a curve as a 25 mph curve doesn't
change the 55 mph speed limit through that curve.  It's merely a
*recommended safe speed* through that curve and is inevitably far below any
reasonable speed except under absolutely horrible traction conditions.
Furthermore, it is not legally enforceable.

mph limit or even 5 mph below the 65 mph limit.
