By the Sprongls not competing in the earlier CARS event, Carl was able to
win the North American Rally Championship.  Perhaps, this past event, didn't
give the Sprongls enough points to take the championship, so it was safe to
compete???   I dunno; I'm admittedly not that familiar with CARS rules
