I would say you need to find out about your local laws. Here in Colorado the whole camera thing is
taken care of by a private company, and because you are not served the ticket directly by an
officer you dont have to pay it. They cant even prove you ever got! Beware you out of staters. I
here that they do mail the tickets to other states...and your state may not care weather you were
served or not. Happened to an ex-roommate from WA.



Heard about a fellow who sent in a photograph of a check when served
with a photograph of his car speeding along with a ticket.  The police
sent back a photograph of an arrest warrant.  The real check followed
soon after.
