abs off light

my ABS works fine, audi dealer verified
system fine.  however, the ABS off lite is always on, and 
will flash in sequence with right turn signal when turn signal is
activated.  the abs off switch also works fine.   it is just the
abs off light that is not working, because it is always on.
dealer saying i need new circuit board for dash
at +ACQ-325.

little suspicious about that as he told me that i also needed it
because my speedo was jumping and jerking.  but thanks to
the qlist i fixed the jumping speedo quite easily.

anyone had this problem?   thoughts on possible fix?
