Rob-

Did you relay the headlights?  You might want to consider this as the
normal 4kq wiring is terrible and all power goes through the one
(expensive) multifunction instrument cluster switch.  Does it get warm
after 30 minutes of headlights?  You probably want to relay it anyways to
get higher voltage to the bulbs.
