5ks questions

I spotted a 5ksq today in a parking lot for sale. It was an 88, owner said
it had approximately 110k on it, the odometer incorrectly read 85k. Trim
looked good on it. Few scratches here and there, no dings that I remember. I
checked out all the switches and gadgets inside, looks like it all works.
The engine fired right up, of course, it had that tick-tick-tick in it.
Wasn't the cleanest engine I've ever seen, but it ran pretty smooth. He was
asking $3450. He said it was negotiable. I checked Kelly Blue Book and trade
was under $1k for fair condition, $1.7k for excellent. Retail was $4k.
     I'm just looking for any suggestions for other problem areas on the
vehicle. I know about "the bomb", I didn't check it thoroughly, but the
owner said the rotors and brakes had been replaced recently and he had all
the other service records. I may go back later for a closer look.... any
suggestions??
