A4 Chassis Wheel Offset????

Hey,
    Does anyone know if the a4 chassis has the same setup as the previous
5-lug a3 chassis or the current B chassis? I thought it was with the A, in
fact I am almost positive, but I saw something on the web, forget where,
that made me think otherwise.

    In other words, would wheels from a TT, New Beetle or new Jetta fit a
new Passat or a Corrado VR6? More importantly, would that new VW brake
upgrade featured in EC fit on a TT or a New Beetle. They say it needs a +1
wheel for A3 cars, which means at least 16", which is standard on the NB and
the TT.
