All A4's use a 5 bolt hub, on a 112mm bolt circle.
The offset on the 16x7 wheels is 45.

I am not sure why you are so intrested in the EC VW Jetta brake upgrade,
if I remember corectly that kit used 288mm discs and Girling 60
calipers.  That is the same size rotor the A4 comes with, and the
Girling 60 was used on many quattros including the 5ktq's, and I believe
the US S4/S6's had them too.  Anyway, not really an upgrade for an A4.

If you want to upgrade an A4, a more likely candidate would be rotors
from an A8, or even rotors+calipers from an S8.
