'93 90CS Locking System

The owner's manual for my 90CS says that by inserting the key in the
closed driver's door, turning it clockwise, and holding it for a few
seconds will close any open window and/or an open sunroof to eliminate
having to get back into the car and turning on the ignition to do the
same.  I've tried it and it doesn't work.  Was this an optional central
locking feature?  Anyone out there have the same or similar model with
this feature?

It's one of those little hidden features that I wasn't aware of but came
across while flipping through the owner's manual.  Anyone?
