I don't think Bentley would help you anyway. I recently found
the system capacity listed somewhere (I think it was the AllData
CD), but I forgot the number. It doesn't really matter, though.
When I flushed my system, I got a little less than a liter out
by completely discharging the bomb (replacing it, actually) and
running the steering back and forth with the wheels off the
ground and engine off. There was old fluid still in the pump and
some of the lines. I just sucked the stuff out of the reservoir
as I was purging the system, then I refilled it with clean stuff
before starting the engine, topping off as the new fluid was
dispersed through the system.
For a really thorough flush, you might want to have 2 liters on
hand. Type 44 owners: keep in mind that your cars probably have
a slightly higher capacity.
