Going to look at a 4k, opinions please

Found a possible car for my younger brother in the local paper yesterday.
Since he's decided he wants a slushbox, its really limited my possibilities.
The car is a '86 4ks, and here's the details:

90k
gold/silver ext (Zermatt silver?)
grey cloth
automatic
new tranny (rebuilt)
new battery
needs exhaust (probably the whole system, but not sure)
needs driver's side headlight (is cracked)
small dent in passenger side door
no rust
price in ad is $900, but she's moving, so sounds like she will take much
less (~$600)

I am going to take a look at it Tuesday, so I'd like any input any Listers
have for what to look for in a 4k (problem areas, etc.). The owner was not
sure if it was a 4 or 5 cyl (are all of the 4k "s" models 4 cyl?). The car
does have some service records. Anyone have any clue what the exhaust will
cost to replace? I know Blau (yuck) and others sell aftermarket exhausts,
but how much am I looking at for replacement? How about the cat? How much
for a used headlight? Better yet, any Listers have an old driver' side
headlight lying around from a Euro replacement or otherwise for a 4k? TIA.
