Ur-Q Brake Bleeding 101 - HELP!!

Completed the rear caliper rebuilds, and bled all four corners today
using the Eezibleed.  New seals, new pads, disks skimmed (iknow, I know,
bit only cost me $18 and they were almost new).

All worked fine, could see the old fluid change to new, bubbles
disappeared.  Bled passenger rear, driver rear, passnger front, driver
front in that order.  Used new Castrol LTM (?) brake fluid.

Handbrake now works fine, engaged and released, no  binding.

HOWEVER, THE PEDAL IS VERY SPONGY, AND EVEN AFTER PUMPING DOES NOT HAVE
THE SAME FEEL OR EFFECT AS BEFORE??

What have I overlooked, omitted??
