if these are like the earlier type 44's, the round rubber blocks are 
audi pn 443 804 583.
the rectangular blocks are audi pn 443 804 584A and also use a clip,
pn 443 804 585.
these go for about $6-8 apiece.
i don't have the part numbers handy for the 4 jack lifting points.
