Yup.

I'm on my third set of P700Zs in 90,000 miles. I throw the car around
a _lot_ on corners and roundabouts, but I'm generally a fairly smooth
and flowing sort of driver.
Pirelli changed the tread pattern two years ago, and greatly improved the
wet performance. Like most general purpose tyres, they're crap on fresh
snow compared with a snow tyre, but they're not as bad as many on packed
snow or ice. I generally change at 2mm or slightly more - aquaplaning
performance gets viciously worse with every 0.1mm from 2.5mm onwards.
