Haven't been there (then again, few dealers are graced with my
presence), but I've heard they are more concerned with other makes
and less so with Audi.  Perhaps you found a good tech though.

The best Audi specialist is about 40 minutes from me - shoot me an 
email and I'll give you all the juice, or let's meet for
lunch one day.
