mail loop fixed

Thanks to an eagle-eyed lister who noticed that an address
in Germany was resending mail to the list (no, not audi.com).
I manually deleted most of the duplicates from the archives
and I hope that no further ones will appear.

This still doesn't explain why Phil Payne isn't answering my email
though...
