Hi

My name is Keith Gustafson. I am a long time quattro owner. I've had an 84
4000q, and an 87 4000q. After crunching the last one[anyone need parts?] I
threw in the towel and gave up on the old stuff. I went out and got myself a
99 A4 1.8tq,5sp,  sport package, sunroof,  blah blah. 

I also belong to the Lotus mailing list, and the chapman era list[I have a
70 elan +2, a 64 seven, and a t.c europa]

I have done a cursory search of the archives for any discussion of tuner
chips for the 1.8, but haven't found much, but I will look harder.
Meanwhile, any comments? Is it possible to get a whole computer, I hate to
modify something and have it void the warranty. If I swap the whole box out,
it would be more like, I don't know why it blew up.....
