... so it's either the switch or the wiring to the driver's 
door. Easiest way to check is to pull the armrest and swap the 
wiring for the two switches. If the passenger window now works 
and the driver's doesn't, fix/replace the bad switch. If 
nothing changes after the swap, then check the wiring to the 
driver's door, particularly where it passes through the rubber 
boot between the door and the A-pillar.
