4kq heated seats and fog lights

I have an '86 4kq which is wired for heated seats, but the seats don't have 
coils in them.  Is it possible to put coils in the existing seats?  If so, 
where can I get coils?  Also, I want to put fog lights on the car in the 
lower grill, but I noticed there is limited space.  Are there any fog 
lights out there that are nice and bright and also fit into the lower 
grill?  Any feedback would be appreciated.  Thanks.
