Plug wires
All the recent posts about plug wires made me think that maybe I should
change mine, I checked them this last summer, and all were within 5k
ohms of each other, but I would just feel better, as the car has 96k
miles on it.
Someone mentioned Magnecor wires, so I checked out their web site and I
have to say I am impressed. No performance increase promises, no
B***S**T, just a lifetime guarantee. So I checked their online catalog
and lo-and-behold they have a listing for the 12vV6 [mine is a '93 90S].
So I ripped off an email to them for a price.
PN# 65104 KV85 (8.5mm cable) = $74.15 + $6.38 UPS.
Last I checked OEM Bosch wires are over $140, granted they also have a
lifetime warranty.
Looks like I'll be getting a set sometime after Xmas, Santa won't be
that generous, as I know I'm already getting a Sears 14V cordless drill
{very nice}.
