In defense (defence) of my statement. WAS Re: Is the cold air from center vents "normal" on a 4k?

"DAWDLES?!"
My English friend, I do bow to your logical answer to the center (centre)
airvents, but I can't stand idly by and assume all Americans in the U.S.
"dawdle" around in our cars at 55 miles per hour! We, in Califorina,
prefer to "putter" about at 65, thank you very much! And, if we're out
on the open roads between megopolis's, we get a chance to really let
loose and "creep" at 70! d everyone knows that in this country the only
thing you roll down the window for is to 1.) receive that greasy burger
from the pimpley youth in the funny hat, 2.) grab $20 bills from the Auto
Teller Machine, or 3.) hang out of to make a f*%king a$$ of yourself in
front of the opposite sex. [8^D
By the way, some of us on the other side of the "pond" do appreciate the
car for its Teutonic heritage. My first car may have been a `78 Honda
Civic stationwagon, (estate car, yeah right!), but it was given to me
when my dad bought a Jaguar XJ6. When I could afford to make my own
desicion in automobiles, I bought a `82 Audi Coupe. After that, I became
hooked on Audi. My friends in High School only liked German cars: one
loved VW bugs, one liked BMW's, and one, Allen, was a staunch member of
the Porsche Club of America. I love German cars and know hw to drive'em.
So you just watch those all-emcompassing statements you make about us
Yankees there, bub. And just because we aren't officially metric, just
remember this: You guys came up with those stupid "inches", and
"furlongs", and "pints", not us! So There! [8^)

P.S. This Yank "Dawdles" around the highways at 80 mph, traffic
permitting. What that is in km/H? I dunno. I'm not near a calculator,
and the speedo is too far away...
