Checking out a 1990 200Q tonight

Just saw an ad for a 1990 200q for sale by a dealer who sells used cars on
the side.
Haven't looked at the car yet, but I'm going to drive it tonight.

Details:  119K, maroon, tan leather, 5speed.  everything works except
drivers side heated seat.
     new battery, 2 owners before the present dealer purchase.  no
maintenance records
     (but the 2nd owners name is available and maybe can be contacted)

Asking $4495

Good deal?  appreciate any input or gotcha's to check for.
