Previous favour needed to restore info banks

When I first got on the list, many of you helped me with the infamous
climate control problems.  Over time I gathered them and put them into a
digest length mailout plus attachments and was able to send out the ideas
to others of you.  My computor crashed and I lost the info.  Another person
is asking for it too.  Could any of you send me the info back to me again?
It would be greatly appreciated.
