first I'd try one or the other fuse to see if both have to be in/out or
just one to provoke the problem.  Then report, and start digging through
the schematics.  What could be warming up slowly that would stop the
car?

After the fuse test, I would try disconnecting items on whichever
circuits are a problem - see if you can get the car to run with just one
item not operational.  Keep notes...
