RE: OIL/WATER COOLER



The coolant temp. also never drops below freezing........look at it this
way, what is better (as a cooling method) for an engine? Air cooling  or
Liquid cooling?.....
Same understanding also holds for oil cooling in an engine,

Hmmm, my point was really that in the end the heat (when cooling) still
has to be exchanged with the air, so why not do it directly?  I guess
the air/water interface gives a more stable oil temp.?
