S6

Fellow Listers:

I've decided to put aside my bimmerphile status for awhile . . . I've
begun to lust after an S6.

Drove one the other day and can't get the car out of my mind.  It's
really superior in many ways to the M3 I have, particularly in the
handling of curves.

Many of you suggested this to me earlier . . . but I had to see, feel,
and experience for myself.  I "get it" now.

Okay, with that said, finding a 94 or 95 S6 is no small mission.  I can
travel, but I want one with low miles so that modifying will make
practical sense.   Can you folks make some recommendations about where
to look.  I've been around quite a few of the common places on the net,
but there are a scarce few.  By the way, I'd also like to spend less
than . . . $24K (no laughing!)
