Re: Opinions on Paintless dent removal

Somewhere in my house, where I cannot find it, I have a book
about auto body work that was published in the '50s. It
explains all about hammering out dents, often without damage
to the paint. This practice was probably more common then
as there was room to swing a spoon or a hammer inside of a
fender or a door in those days. If I find it I will post
the book info to the net. I bought it from one of those
restoration supplier mail order companies many years ago.

You can buy all of the spoons and hammers that you need from
Snap-On et al. I wouldn't be surprised that someone has
developed custom tools to work with todays smaller cars.
