Sounds like a rally tire.  Go for about $125-150 each new.  Gouge pricing,
as there are only TWO importers for Michelin rally tires in the entire US.

Were there ribs on the sidewall, kind of like round little bumps, maybe 3-5
of them?  The "L83" was like a yellow stamp?  Picked it up and dropped it
on the ground and it didn't even bounce?
