Changing rotors....

I felt for sure this had to have been asked before but the archive search
was non-fruitful.

Is it possible to change the rotors on my car to go from 4x108 to a
different (say, umm, common) bolt pattern?

The sizes of the fronts are 256x22 and the rears are 245x10 but that's just
the "friction surface" and doesn't tell the whole story, I know...

Any BTDTs or BTDDTs (don't do)???
