'93 90CSQ problem.

Hi, all:

My '93 90CS Quattro had a problem yesterday. After I started the engine, 
there were several electrical stuffs not function at all. The head light 
did't light, the turning signals didn't work, the radiator's fan doesn't 
run, the climate control LCD doesn't light up, PW, PL both didn't work 
etc... But the low beam is Okay! I checked the fuses and they were still 
fine. However, I found that when the key was switched in the position 
before starting the engine, everything is fine such as lights etc.... Do 
you think I need to bring to a mechanics to fix it? Or is it a simple 
problem that everyone can fix it? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks 
for your concern.
