'94 100CS Quattro Electrical Problem

I hate electrical problems!!  My '94 CSQ has several.  I see that Audi
had a recall on the 90 series regarding faulty ignition switches.  Was
there a recall on the 100 as well?  I have very similar problems as the
gentleman with the 90CSQ.

Secondly, I upgraded the factory headlight to Bosch 9004 80 watt / 110
watt bulbs.  The first problem was to burn out the factory connectors
that the bulbs plug in to.  I replaced them, but I still have one
headlight out.  The bulbs are fine.  The connectors are hooked up
correctly.  No fuses are blown.  Ideas??
