Hub on a 1986 5KS. I think I need one. You guys were great help on my starter questions.
When the Right wheel is off the ground, I can shake the wheel slightly when I grab on at
12 and 6 o'clock. Also when I make extreme right turns, I hear a slight grinding noise.
No wheel bearing type humming noise when going straight. Am I right in assuming the
laxity in the right wheel (no movement in the left front- replaced hub and bearing 1 yr
ago) is due to the hub (used one installed 4 yrs ago) and I would have to change the
bearing as well? I drive in NY and Boston so my car sees many a rough road. CV joint
boot replaced 6 mo ago and cvjoint were ok as was the balljoint. TIA.
