A4 Audio upgrades

Although this topic seems to address the older models more frequently, a
close friend is purchasing an A4 1.8tqm tomorrow.  First things first for
this guy -- stereo.

I seem to recall 4" in the doors.  Anyone stuff anything larger in the
cutout?

Any thoughts appreciated.
