Did I get my point across? The inelegant method of install leaved
HOLES in the bumper. Terrible. Ruins the front bumper cover.
If they insist you have a front plate, put it on the dash, drive off
the lot and take it down.
You can be fined for not having the plate in front, never heard of a
dealer getting fined.
One solution I've seen is to get suction cups for each hole in the
plate and mount from th inside of the window.
Otherwise, do what I have been doing- obeying the law (at least not
being the fastest car in line) and keep the plate in the trunk.
"Honest Officer! It fell off and I was going to Pep Boys to get a new
bracket!"
