AUdi 4ks 3A motor w/115hp?

WHat is this motor.  I know the 4ks had a 2.0liter 4 cyl (at least I
think) but a web page I checked that was accurate for all VW motors said
the Audi 80/ 4ks had a 115hp 4-cyl.  I figured it was a little lower than
this.  Also said the block was coded 3A.  Is this right for a US car or
Euro only.  I would like the specs for the 4ks motor in US if possable if
they are different than this.  Thanks
