Changing S4 timing belt-tensioners

Just ordered and received the belt, water pump and tensioner from Linda
@Carlson for the impending job. The first order she messed up and
included parts for a V6 which included the belt, pump and two
tensioners.  Her new order had just one tensioner, which I don't have
part # handy but can get it if someone needs it to provide me an answer.
Do we just change a single tensioner on a 20v turbo timing belt change?
