Re: Audi V8 Quattro
Cliff:
There is enough info on the cd to find and work on most things on your Q.
There are also wiring diagrams. Not as extensive as some of the Bentley stuff
I have seen for other cars but OK. The TSB's are good and tell you what
changes have been suggested over the year. I would not say it is enough to do
all the work on you Q but probably a super owners manual. I say this at a
time where I have not had to do too much yet.
BTW - My 91 is also Black on Black. 91K miles and feels like a new car except
for the hesitation and my new O2 sensor, plugs and air filter should help
that.
To those who were upset that I mentioned another oil filter than OEM, it went
back and a set of 3 to get me through the next 9 to 12 months were ordered
from Blaufengen(sp) in WI. Thanks for the comments and concern.
I was recently in an Audi taxi in Germany - '93 and it had turned 750,000km -
That is a boatload of meters. Ran well and felt tight - as far as being a
passenger goes. According to broken english - no major repairs - including
the interior. I could die of old age with mine
