PC Diagnostic Hardware/Software for Audi cars?

Hi.

In the process of researching a problem I am having with an Audi ABS
system  stumbled upon a website  that details a PC based application
that attaches to the test port in the Audi and performs diagnostic
functions in the car.   Does anyone know anything about this package
and  if  it works how much is it (ballpark)?  It  claims to do Audi ABS
systems and a whole lot more.   For anyone interested the website is:
