[tech] QSW leaky brake fluid reservoir

Hello all,
    I'm a new member and my name's Josiah. I joined because there is no
QSW list and my car is similar enough to a 4KQ that I thought people
would probably know stuff about it, and obviously drivetrain-related
stuff is often exactly the same.
    That being the case, perhaps people know that nobody lists
performance-oriented rear shocks for the QSW, and I wondered if anybody
knows if it's possible to make a shock that is supposed to fit on some
other car fit. Staring at the rear shocks on my car made me think that
they MUST be the same as some other car's. They're not that odd. I would
think that if they were the same length and would accept the same spring
perch and could be modified via washers and sleeves to fit the bottom
mount (or maybe even fit just as is? wouldn't that be lucky...), and
were designed for a rear end of approximately the same weight, why
couldn't I use them? I'd really like to get some Bilstein HD's on that
car.
    Any input/advice/experience would be appreciated... and I know that
I could just fabricate coilovers, but don't really feel like it (I'm
lazy).
