Wheel studs?

Get your mind out of the gutter. It's Christmas!

A few months back, there was a discussion on where to get wheel studs.
Someone mentioned (maybe Graydon?) that there were very expensive through
Porsche and that having them made might be cheaper.

Has anyone followed up on this or come up with an affordable alternative
(i.e. $2 a stud or less)?

With the varied weather we get in the PNW I am in the habit of changing the
wheels often on our cars. I don't like to run the snows if they are not
needed. After having to change 2 sets of wheels in 18 deg. F, it would be
nice to be able to do this task faster. I have an impact wrench and
hydraulic floor jack which speeds the process up significantly, but studs
would be the cat's pajamas!

TIA for any information.

Happy Holidays!
