200Q Overboost & Denver TTs

Got in the 200 today with the thermometer reading -8 outside temp. and
boy what a thrill!  I would guess the waste gate and or spring must have
been frozen as the turbo was overboosting at every blip of the
accelerator.  Saw 1.9 bar on the readout, although I know the computer
says "shut down!" at 1.6.  I suppose reaction time was off jus enough to
get a moment of super-boost.  Boy, what a shocker though!  It certainly
makes your eyes open quick and your brain go full-on in the early
morning when THAT happens!

For those in the area, unlike our fellow lister who saw a "pair" at AoA
and thought them UUUUGHLY, I came across three TTs in the Prestige back
parking lot last week; two silver and one black.  I confirmed my earlier
feelings;  gotta LOVE 'em!  Got a chance to sit in one and was
pleasantly surprised with the room.  I had gobs of head room and the
width was generous, too.  At 6'3" and 265, I need all the help I can
get.  The sizing really reminded me of my '87 930 Turbo, complete with
the little "jump" seats in back.

I also was told that indeed orders are running strong and there IS a
considerable wait-list.  I wonder who's alottments aren't filled yet? 
They've probably been snapped up by all the big dealerships anyway.

Now, if I can just figure out a way to justify putting the one-year old
in that back seat...
