87 4kq looking for: owners manual, and sunroof part

Any one have an owners manual for an 87 4kq they can parts with?  My car 
did not come with one.

I am also looking for a sunroof headliner (just the bit that attaches to 
the sunroof).  Mine is torn.  Are they available new?

I am replacing my windshield next week.  Anyone have any pointers, thing 
to watch out for?  I was surprised to see the thing is a kick out type 
and not glued in.
